     THE PENNSYLVANIA LEFEVRES was informally copyrighted at the time of its first publication in 1952, however there is now no copyright on the book as Co-compiler Franklin D. Lefever has clarified.  If you wish to use any of the materical therein please indicate that it is from THE PENNSYLVANIA LEFEVRES by George Newton LeFevre and Franklin D. LeFevre, published by the LeFevre Cemetery and Historical Association.

     Most of the material planned for presentation on this site is already in the Public Domain, and all HTML presentations of such created for this site are PD as well and may be freely downloaded, copied, reposted and redistributed.  If you decide to use any material originally prepared for this site we would appreciate a reference indicating that it was obtained from www.PennsylvaniaLeFevres.org.
